Features & Applications

Our multilayer technology, spunbond nonwoven fabrics have either double spunbond layer (SS) or triple spunbond layer (SSS), offering better physical properties, more homogeneous fibre distribution on the surface, and high strength in both machine and cross machine directions.

Spunbond nonwovens are eco friendly and soft to touch, offering excellent absorbency, air permeability, liquid repellency, and resilience.

Applications for spunbond nonwoven fabrics include hygiene, medical and healthcare, bedding and home textile, automative, packaging, agriculture and horticulture, and building industries.

Options & Treatments

Available in 10 or 20 pallet quantities (20 or 40ft. containers) and in a vast range of colours, spunbond nonwoven fabrics are offered in 8 to 150 gr per sqm, and can be slit from 20mm to 3200mm (for agriculture 0.80mt to 16mt).

Available chemical treatments to improve properties include, hydrophilic, zone hydrophilic, aloe vera, anti-static, anti-bacterial, softness, UV, and flame retardant.
