Laminated and coated nonwoven fabrics are formed when spunbond or spunmelt nonwovens and low density polyethylene (LDPE) or high density polyethylene (HDPE) films are bonded, providing a product with a waterproof layer that is breathable, soft, comfortable, and suitable for printing.

With breathable and non breathable options, laminated and coated nonwoven fabrics are environmentally friendly, waterproof, impermeable to contaminants, lightweight, printable, soft, and comfortable.
Applications for laminated and coated nonwoven fabrics include, agricultural, home textile, clothing, packaging, hygiene, medical and healthcare, wipes, filtration, and automative industries.
Available in 10 or 20 pallet quantities (20 or 40ft. containers) and in a vast range of colours, laminated fabrics are offered in 25 to 100 gr per sqm, and can be slit from 615mm to 1600mm.
Our laminated and coated nonwoven fabrics are available with double spunbond layer (SS), triple spunbond layer (SSS), or spunbond and meltblown fabric layers (SMS or SMMS).
Available chemical treatments to improve properties include, anti-static, anti-bacterial, softness, UV, and flame retardant.
